Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标
As an HR Specialist, you'll manage blue - collar employee recruitment and onboarding. You're also in charge of training plan implementation, data collection, etc.
主要负责公司一线员工的招聘与入职全流程管理,同时承担培训计划的实施、培训数据收集与整理等工作。关键目标是及时为公司招聘到合适的一线员工,保障新员工顺利入职融入,有效推动培训工作开展。
Key Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Carry out recruitment plans, post ads, screen resumes, arrange interviews, hire staff, and meet recruitment goals.
招聘工作:执行一线员工招聘计划,利用多种渠道发布招聘信息,组织面试,确定录用人员,完成招聘任务。
2. Handle new blue - collar employees' onboarding, including contract signing, office supply distribution, and rule - introduction, to ensure a seamless process.
入职管理:为新入职一线员工办理入职手续,包括签订劳动合同、发放办公用品、介绍公司规章制度等,确保入职流程顺畅。
3. Organize courses, gather feedback, analyze data, assess effectiveness, and improve training based on the plans.
培训事务:协助培训负责人根据培训计划组织培训课程,收集培训反馈,整理培训数据,评估培训效果,推动培训工作不断优化。
4. Other Tasks:Complete other HR tasks assigned by leaders.
其他任务:完成领导交办的其他相关工作。
Know-How 知识
• College degree or above, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields is preferred.
大专及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先;
• Familiar with national and local labor laws and knowledgeable in HR management is better.
熟悉国家和地方的劳动法律法规,掌握人力资源管理相关知识者优先。
Skills技能
• CET-4 or above, proficient in English for written and oral communication.
英语四级或以上水平,能够熟练使用英语进行书面和口头交流。
• Able to organize, plan, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
具备一定的组织和计划能力,能够有效处理多项任务。
• Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
熟练使用 Office 办公软件,如 Word、Excel、PPT 等。
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit.
具备良好的沟通协调能力,具备较强的团队合作精神;
• Excellent professional ethics, rigorous and meticulous work habits, and ability to handle high pressure.
具有良好的职业道德,工作严谨、细致,能够承受较大的工作压力。
